2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Continental U.S.: 3-5 business days via standard shipping.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 4-8 business days. 
  • Canada: 3-5 business days via standard shipping.
  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days via standard shipping.
  • Australia: 3-5 business days via standard shipping.
  • New Zealand: 3-5 business days via standard shipping.
  • International: 5-10 business days via standard shipping.

Orders placed before 5 PM EST on business days are processed the same day; after this time, they will be processed the next business day.

3. Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. These options provide faster delivery times and are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact us immediately at support@therathrone.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Carriers Therathrone uses trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

7. Special Considerations For large items such as saunas, special delivery arrangements may be necessary. Our customer service team will contact you to discuss delivery options and requirements.

8. Hassle-Free Returns If your TheraThrone™ product isn't quite right, we accept returns within 90 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging. A full refund, minus shipping costs, will be processed upon return inspection.

9. Changes to Your Order Once your order is placed, changes to your shipping address may not be possible if the item has already been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery information is correct at the time of purchase.
